Community Presentation/Visit Request


Planning an HOA meeting, school, church or community event that you would like for BCESD 3 Emergency Medical Services to attend? Want to schedule a station tour?

Here are some things you need to know:


  • A minimum of 10 days-notice is required
  • Visits are typically 60 minutes, with in-service crews
  • This will be an In-Service Ambulance and subject to emergency call response
  • Please share event details so that we may prepare properly for our visit or your tour
  • Birthday parties are not permitted


Want to Request EMS Event Standby Coverage?


  • A thirty-day notice of request is required
  • Once a request is made for standby dedicated coverage, you will be contacted by a member of the EMS command staff with an expense proposal for your event. 
  • Prior to receiving a quote, the request form must be completed
  • BCESD 3 EMS Division will furnish one ambulance staffed with two personnel, a combination of EMT, AEMT or Paramedic.
  • Cost: $128.00 per hour for entirety of the event and one additional hour of preparation time. 
  • You will need to furnish BCESD 3 with a copy of your W-9 along with the application form
