Fire Apparatus Accident During Structure Fire Response

On the afternoon of , November 28, a Liverpool Tanker was involved in a vehicle accident while responding to a large structure fire in our area. Two Liverpool firefighters were in the apparatus at the time and thankfully sustained non-life-threatening injuries. They received medical care, and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they recover. No other injuries.


Multiple surrounding departments responded with mutual aid, providing critical manpower and water supply to help bring the fire under control. We are sincerely grateful for their assistance and coordination during this challenging response.


An investigation into the accident is underway, and we remain committed to a thorough review of the incident to ensure the continued safety of our crews and the public.
