BCESD 3 Medics Have Rare Opportunity

One of the unique challenges faced by EMS crews is the infrequent opportunity to witness the outcomes of the lives they assist in saving. Once a patient is transported to a hospital, their journey often continues without their presence.
Recently, however, the crew of Medic 73 and Squad 70 had the exceptional privilege of reuniting with a patient whose life they had helped preserve.
Such moments serve as a powerful reminder of the motivations behind our first responders’ dedication. Witnessing a patient’s recovery, joy, and well-being is one of the most gratifying rewards for the committed men and women who answer the call each day.
BCESD 3 extend our sincere gratitude to Paramedic McIntire, Lieutenant Edwards, and Captain Hale for their professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to serving our community. We are immensely proud of the positive impact you have on our community every day.
