Swimwear Color can Make a Difference

Bright colors like neon yellow, green, orange, and pink are often much easier to see in the water, while darker colors and shades of blue can quickly blend into pool or open-water environments.

The image above shows how different swimsuit colors appear beneath the surface in both a pool and the ocean.

While no swimsuit replaces active supervision, choosing highly visible colors can add an extra layer of safety when every second counts.

Stay alert, designate a water watcher, and help keep your family safe around the water this summer.
